We enjoyed our experience with Apex Concrete Coatings — from the initial phone calls, to setting appointments, to interaction with the sales rep, and to the installers. Everyone involved was helpful, courteous, professional, and easy to work with. The floors look amazing! Recently had Apex coatings apply their product to our patio. Patio is only two years old but had been broomed poorly by contractor and showed deep broom marks and different coloration due to uneven drying. Builder agreed to have a concrete overlay applied but we decided this would not be lasting or attractive. Apex came in worked on our patio but original finish had problems due to the original broom marks and uneven finish. Apex inspected and agreed to work on those areas. Actually the owner spent several days over the weekend to rework problem areas to meet our expectations. So, I would recommend Apex to other customers as I believe they will stand by their work and ensure you are satisfied.
